Chocolate Drop Cookies

A very gooey brownie like cookie with marshmallow. Need I say more?

2C. flour
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 C. cocoa
1/2 C shortening
1 t. vanilla
1 C. sugar
1 egg
1/2 C. milk

Bake cookies for 8 min @ 350. Place 1/2 lg. masrshmallow on top of each cookie. Bake for 2 more minutes. Frost with chocolate icing.



Did I mention how messy they are?
